Health

We offer the following health and wellness benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Wellness Program, Basic Life and AD&D, Voluntary Term Life, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident, and an Employee Assistance Program for all full-time employees. The Company contributes to a portion of your Medical elections.

401k

We offer a 401(k) plan administered by Empower Retirement designed to allow eligible employees to supplement any existing retirement benefits by saving and investing through a voluntary salary contribution. The Company matches up to 3% of the employees’ contribution level and both a Roth and Traditional plan are available. A wide array of investment options is available through the plan that can be managed individually or through Empower Retirement Advisory Services. [Note not all dealerships are doing this yet. If the John Elway Dealerships do a phenomenal job offering customer service and caring for our associates, we are offered opportunities to grow. For instance, we discovered that service advisors received more responses from guests when sending video updates on vehicles. After collecting feedback, we invested in technology to support our technicians with video documentation of needed repairs, versus having the service advisor trying to call and explain needed repairs. These video updates not only save our technicians time but they allow our guests to have a better understanding and experience.

Our teams are the best and the brightest in the industry, so it only makes sense that we would listen to what they have to say and learn from what they do. Performance-oriented thinking means everyone’s voice matters. All of our team members have great ideas and we want to hear them. It is more about what you do than how long you have been here.
