The event will take place at High Plains Raceway Track. Lunch will be provided. We Will also have instructors on site to assist with driving/track instructions.

We are thrilled to extend an invitation to you for the 3rd Annual John Elway Day at the Track event. We are honored to provide our esteemed clients with an exclusive, full-day experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

• Please note that this is a VIP-only event, and space is limited. We kindly request that you register as soon as possible to secure your place. While we do offer ½ day afternoon options, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the full-day experience to enjoy all of the exhilarating activities and opportunities to drive as many laps as possible. If the ½ day option is required, please indicate this in the comments section when registering.
• Please note — there will be a mandatory driver's meeting at 7:15 am. You must attend this meeting, or you will not be allowed on the track. There will be an additional driver's meeting for the afternoon only group at Noon.
• Your safety is our top priority, and helmets are mandatory while on the track. We have a limited number of helmets available to borrow, or alternatively, you can bring your own. If you prefer to purchase a helmet Sarian Motorsports is a dealer for Bell Helmets and OMP Racing Products and can assist you with any and all needed safety equipment.

We kindly ask you to fill out the registration form below, and one of our dedicated Day at the Track coordinators will contact you via phone or email to confirm your registration.

What do I do after submitting my RSVP?

After submitting your RSVP, we strongly advise you to have your vehicle serviced before the event. It is recommended that a certified technician checks your tires, brakes, and steering to ensure both your safety and your vehicle's safety. Be sure to tell your service advisor that you will be attending A Day at the Track.
